I started studying dogs in 2004 out of pure curiosity and passion — and by 2007, I turned that into a full-time business. Since then, I’ve spent over 17 years professionally training dogs, managing staff, building systems, running programs, and growing my own brand online and in person.

This mentorship is for dog trainers who want real guidance from someone who’s been through it all — the behavior work, the burnout, the pivoting, the rebuilding — and who can help you move forward with confidence.

Whether you're just getting started or refining what you've already built, we'll focus on what matters most to you.

What’s Included:

Over the course of 3 months, you’ll receive:

✅ Two private Zoom calls per month (60 minutes each)

✅ Slack access to me Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM

✅ Clear structure, honest feedback, and momentum toward your goals

✅ A focused plan where you choose 2–3 core areas

You'll choose 2–3 core areas to focus on, so we go deep, not wide. These can include:

  • Client communication & boundary-setting

  • Dog training systems & structure

  • Business model design (daycare, lessons, board & train, etc.)

  • Hiring & managing staff

  • Program development

  • Building or launching an online course

  • Newsletter setup & content planning

  • Social media strategy & content review

  • Podcast development & planning

  • Website review & enhancement

  • Group Classes
